Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Middle Website Migration Specialist for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. You’ll lead technical SEO audits, site architecture planning, and migration strategy to ensure smooth, scalable website transitions. Also, you’ll work cross-functionally to validate structure, troubleshoot issues, and maintain SEO integrity throughout the migration process. Requirements Strong knowledge of SEO best practices. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS. Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal). Experience with Asana, Jira, or similar task/project management software. Familiarity with basic graphic tools like Canva. Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive website audits (URL inventories, crawl diagnostics, structural evaluations, SEO health checks) and analyze site architecture, taxonomy, and navigation to identify migration requirements. Translate audit findings into prioritized migration tasks such as redirects, URL restructuring, consolidation, and structural improvements. Develop optimized architecture and taxonomy recommendations aligned with Drupal requirements and long-term scalability. Ensure migration plans follow technical SEO best practices, including URL hierarchy, crawlability, canonicalization, semantic structure, and internal linking. Recommend improvements to metadata, schema markup, indexing rules, and other structural SEO elements, collaborating with the SEO team to validate recommendations. Partner with Developers on CMS constraints, routing logic, and redirect implementation, ensuring technical feasibility. Collaborate with SEO, Content, Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to align migration tasks with business and user experience goals. Provide clear documentation and recommendations to stakeholders, and work with the project lead to refine reusable migration processes and templates. Support pre- and post-launch QA by validating URLs, redirects, metadata, schema, sitemaps, indexing, and overall structural integrity. Troubleshoot migration-related technical issues and recommend post-migration optimization tasks informed by analytics and SEO insights.
