**Requirements**:
**What you’ll bring to the table**

You are a passionate designer who has a deep knowledge of UX/UI and a detail-oriented professional, responsible for creating cutting-edge designs in various company projects. Someone who strives to offer a remarkable experience to users through a deep understanding of their needs and behaviors, contributing to engineering best practices.
- You also have the BEONer DNA: Academic excellence, Problem-Solving Mindset, Great Communication Skills, Proactiveness, and Flexibility._
**Your Skills**
- 3+ years of product design experience (UX/UI)
- Have experience in research and user testing methodologies.
- Deep understanding of Figma.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- English Proficiency

**How You’ll Stand Out**
- Experience in web/mobile design
- Experience using sketching tools (Sketch/XD) and Adobe Suite
- Knowledge of Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines
- Knowledge of prototyping tools (Invision/Figma)
- Experience generating assets (Zeplin/Avocado)
