(Remote) UX/UI Designer

**Job Title**: UX/UI Designer **Type**: Full-time **Workplace**: Anywhere (remote). This role will require you to work primarily during Eastern Time (GMT-4). **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** To be successful in this role, you should be focusing on "championing the users", every part of the design should be user-centric, user-friendly, easy to navigate, and easy to understand. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our users’ needs and help us grow our customer base. **Responsibilities** - **UX design**_ - Focuses on understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations through interviews, surveys, usability evaluations, and other forms of feedback methodologies - Lead end-to-end user experience design to create a scalable framework to serve current and future product development; and - Be directly responsible for leveraging UX research and delivering UI specifications, design standards, high-fidelity prototypes, and customer-ready assets. - Identify gaps and re-imagine existing functionality with a new user experience framework - Design new experiences or layouts that evolve and modernize the visual systems - **UI design**_ - Create website, mobile app, and software dashboard designs by translating business requirements, recommending features, experiences, and UI implementations to meet the needs of the platform and stay consistent with V2 Cloud objectives. - Take ideas and concepts, and visualize them in such a way that they are communicated effectively and compellingly to internal leaders, partners, and customers - Prepare and present design concepts and rough drafts for brainstorming and approval in a timely manner. - Design graphic user interface elements, like dashboards, menus, tabs, widgets and user roadmaps. - Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, blueprints, ) - **Cross-company collaboration**_ - Provide design and implementation support to the development team; - Collaborate with Marketing to incorporate a visual and/or brand identity into the product. - You’ll work in Agile environment including design sprints to define and explore user problems, creating content architecture, sketching, wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, and leading stakeholder reviews. - Consult with the project team and determining visual and interactive design preferences and expectations. - Participate in design review sessions, both as a facilitator and a reviewer; communicate design hypotheses and rationale clearly, to facilitate effective design reviews. - Participate in brainstorming sessions, conceptual development and design reviews **Skills and Experience** - A minimum of 3 years of experience as interface / interaction designer, or similar role - Portfolio link showing responsive design samples is a plus - Experienced in user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive interface design - Experience with tools like Sketch, Figma, Invision, Zeplin, Mural, Jira, and Notion. - Degree in UX/UI Design or a related field - Having experience working in a dynamic Startup environment is a plus. **What’s In It For You** - Work wherever you want. - Autonomy to create your own schedule and do your best work - Actual balance between work and life. - Pivotal role at a high-growth company. - Competitive compensation package. - Comprehensive health benefits package including medical care, dental and vision care, life insurance, etc. - Collaborative tight-knit team - Ongoing learning and development opportunities - An organization that empowers employees **Our Company** Our Vision is to "Help businesses create workplaces where people love to work."
