IT Service Integration Advisor

As an IT Service Integration Advisor you will act as the conduit between Global Projects, Service Delivery organizations, Service Desk and Customer Experience teams. **You will have the opportunity to**: - Provide regional coordination on global IT projects to ensure successful deployment and sustainable operations within the region (e.g. Microsoft 365, Zoom) - Manage relationships with the Service Delivery organizations including roadmap implementation, initiatives, service level management and operational escalation, cascading pertinent information across region - Collect, collate and verify site data where required for project cost estimates, technical designs and specific site details and requirements - Track progress of site remediation activities, and report progress to Global Site Readiness and Deployment Coordinators - Participate in Site Selection reviews to priorities and set scope for next annual period **What we look for in you**: - Bachelor Degree (or close to graduating) in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computing Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Analysis or similar fields - Advanced verbal and written communication English skills - Continuous learning mindset - Strong interpersonal and team working skills - Customer-focused: being able to effectively collaborate with teams in multiple locations - Proactivity and ability to work independently - Demonstrated technical skills of Microsoft Office **It is a plus if you have**: - Working experience in an Agile organization - Experience with IT processes (e.g. change management, incident management, asset management) - Prior experience on project management and coordination - Understanding of SharePoint and workflow tools - Familiarity with Data & Analytics (Tableau, Power BI, Excel PowerQuery, etc.) **We offer you**: - Work with multi-cultural global teams - 3 week vacation, up to 5 years of service and 4 week vacation, up to 10 years of service; plus 1 personal day - Premium health insurance - Flexible working hours - In house English classes - Technical trainings and certifications sponsorship (Azure, AWS and others) **About Us**: ExxonMobil is one of the world's largest publicly traded international Oil and Gas Company, providing energy that helps underpin growing economies and improve living standards around the world.
