A leading U.S. call analytics company is seeking a Senior Data Management Engineer to drive innovation, harness the power of data, and deliver actionable insights to clients. In this impactful role, you will design scalable systems, build dynamic user interfaces, and enhance real-time analytics tools, enabling businesses to make smarter, faster decisions. As part of the Product Engineering Team, you’ll collaborate across disciplines to develop robust APIs, high-performance data pipelines, and cutting-edge UIs, merging full-stack development with data platform engineering. Your work will shape the future of call analytics and customer engagement. **Key Responsibilities** - ** API & Microservices Development**: Design and maintain scalable APIs and microservices for real-time data ingestion, processing, and analytics, leveraging Azure cloud-native technologies (e.g., Azure Functions, Event Hubs, Cosmos DB). - ** Data Pipeline Optimization**: Collaborate with data engineers to build and refine real-time data pipelines using Azure Data Explorer, Snowflake, and Kafka/Confluent. - ** ETL and Data Integration**: Create efficient ETL workflows and perform complex data ingestion and transformation using.NET/C#, SQL, and PySpark. - ** Data Architecture & Storage**: Design and manage data lakes and storage solutions using Azure Data Lake, Parquet, and Delta Tables. - ** Real-Time Processing**: Work with big data and real-time data processing frameworks to support high-volume analytics. - ** Legacy System Modernization**: Lead the migration of legacy platforms to a centralized "data of record" system, ensuring data integrity, eliminating redundancy, and improving operational efficiency. - ** Pipeline Innovation**: Develop configurable pipelines via APIs to support real-time omnichannel conversational analytics and integration with tools like Twilio. - ** Performance Optimization**: Optimize data processing and storage solutions for scalability, cost-efficiency, and high performance. **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience). - 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, specializing in data-driven platforms and scalable systems. - Expertise in **C#** and.NET technologies (preferably.NET 8). - Proficiency with **Azure cloud services** (e.g., Data Explorer, Functions, Event Hubs, Cosmos DB). - Hands-on experience with **Snowflake** and optimizing data pipelines for real-time analytics. - Familiarity with real-time messaging systems like **Kafka/Confluent**. - Advanced knowledge of modern web frameworks such as **React**, **Angular**, or **Vue.js**. - Experience in building and consuming **RESTful APIs** and working with **microservices architectures**. - Strong background in **data ingestion**, **ETL workflows**, and **real-time analytics pipelines**. - Proven skills in query performance optimization and efficient data processing. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with **Java** or **Scala** is a plus. - Familiarity with **CI/CD tools** like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. - Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
