**Position Overview**:
As an **Okta Implementation Specialist**, you will lead the setup and integration of Okta into our organization. We are in the early stages of implementation and want to ensure it’s done right from the start. You will be instrumental in setting up our system and guiding the internal team for a smooth handoff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Okta
- Integrate Okta with current tools and systems
- Set up best practices and documentation for long-term use
- Train internal team members on managing Okta post-implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the rollout

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Okta implementation and identity/access management
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Preferred Certifications such as Okta Certified Developer, Okta Certified Consultant
- Strong expertise in authentication and authorization flows.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles and cloud-based security
- Experience with system integrations, SSO, MFA, and user provisioning
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Able to work independently and manage short-term project goals

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience training internal IT teams or transitioning projects
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and SaaS environments
