Maintenance Planner

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination of maintenance tasks with productive areas.
- Uploading and administration of Preventive/Predictive Maintenance plan and routines in SAP.
- Prepare and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance checklists and other standardized procedures.
- SAP PM (R11) module implementation for the Site
- Plant Staff Training in Notifications, Work Orders, and other SAP transactions
- RBM program implementation (Risk-based maintenance)
- Management & Control of material stocks in SAP ( Material movements)
- Maintenance KPI and Costs Reports
- Quality Management Systems (QMS) responsabilities compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Maintenance plans (preventive/predictive/proactive)
- Notification and Work Order management, execution control, technical & economic close.
- Record history data each team in SAP.
- Analysis of failure´s repeatability & Costs per equipementsts and other world class KPI.
- Implement Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system
- Contract management (contractor manager)
- Planning of shutdowns plant at MS Project
- Compliance of corporate projects and maintenance policies (BTD´s)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- University (First degree) - Mechanical / Industrial / Chemical / Electronic or Electrical Engineer.
- 5 years experience working on Maintenance planning position in continuous process industries.
- Knowledge of SAP PM an MM (mandatory).
- Knowledge of MS project (mandatory).
- RBM Knowledge will be valued as additional.
- Presential Full time ( 07-16 hs).
- Language: Intermidiatte English is requiered.
