The Technical Solution Specialist as part of the project triangle (time, cost and scope of work) has the focus on the scope of work and the related quality.
**Main responsibilities**:
**Included but not limited to**
- Engineering and evaluation of technical solutions in terms of design and operating conditions
- Technical and operational advise to ROSEN Business Units and / or end customers
- Providing the scope of the services which meet both client needs and ROSEN’s capabilities, in line with the sales strategy, results-driven
- Identifying cost effective solutions
- Providing technical, product and business knowledge to support sales process and strengthen customer relationships
- Ensuring that exposure to technical and operational risks is minimized
- Clarifying of tender, scope of work and contract requirements related to ROSEN’s Product and Services portfolio and to technical and operational know how to perform the works considering resources capability
- Finding and discussing additional scope and efforts with operational processes where required and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet customer requirements
- Supporting project budget draft
- Providing / Supporting technical and operational risk assessment
- Supporting proposal and contract specific documentations related to technical and operational aspects as well as 3rd party services and / or equipment
- Support the execution of the services during all stages of the project with technical and operational expertise and advise
- Determining correct product and services needed to fulfill the Project
- Supporting contract review prior to formalization
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Professional industrial engineering or related areas.
- The professional shall demonstrate 4 years minimum, of experience regarding explanation-needed product
- and system solutions in oil
- and gas industry (internal or external) needed.
- verifiable knowledge of the conditions to be taken into account during project implementation, as described in the scope of services of the ROSEN service and technology.
- requires the generic ROSEN qualification of the Technical Solution Specialist training program.
- Well-developed analytic and communication skills
- English level B2 mandatory Certificate CEFR
- Leadership & Teamwork skills.
- Good understanding of cultural differences
- Autonomy, confidence and customer-focused mindset
