Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Jefe o Gerente de Calidad y Desarrollo para una importante empresa de productos panificados y harinas, ubicada en Avellaneda, Pcia. de Buenos Aires.

**Rol**: HR Generalista con habilidades en gestión de talento y cultura.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Apoyo en Cultura, Adquisición de Talento, Capacitación y Desarrollo.
- Administración de personal, políticas y procedimientos.
- Cumplimiento de legislación y estándares de recursos humanos.
- Supervisión de remuneraciones y Payroll.
- Elaboración de informes y seguimiento de KPIs.
- Liderar procesos de evaluación de desempeño y mejora continua.
- Participación en proyectos nuevos.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Relaciones Laborales o Recursos Humanos.
- Conocimiento en administración de personal y legislación laboral.
- Más de 4 años de experiência en posiciones similares.
- Manejo avanzado de Office; deseable experiência con SW Módulo Liquidación de sueldos.

**Perfil**: Profesional apasionado, excelente comunicador, empático y resolutivo.
