**About HOKALI** We seek an energetic and responsible **Recruiting Analyst** to join our Operations Development team at HOKALI. In this position, you will be expected to contribute to the development of the Operations process by recruiting our **After School Program Educators**across the US. **Main Responsibilities** **Requirements**: - **Bachelor's degree** in Human Resources or a related field. - **Native/Advanced English fluency (written and verbal) is mandatory**. - **Strong "Scraping" skills** and mastery of creative sourcing techniques. - Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms (HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, Workable, etc.) is a plus. - **Self-motivated, results-driven professional** capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines. - **Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**, with a keen eye for detail. - **Proven ability to multitask and prioritize** effectively to optimize time management. **Benefits** - Hybrid Role **Mon - Fri 12 to 8pm**.
