Right now we are looking for a **Workplace Experience **to join our team at Globant
- Tasks and Responsibilities:_
- Work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.

- Work with our leaders, aligning the strategies to the company hierarchy, the personnel infrastructure and the way Globers grow in the organization.
- Reinvent your career, role or position, within more than 600 different projects.
- Handles requests related to buildings and grounds and can consist of light plumbing, electrical work, painting and all around “handyman” tasks.
- Monitors computerized heat, ventilation and air conditioning system (HVAC), schedules and monitors calls for service.
- Initiates planned maintenance programs for a variety of office equipment. - Coordinates and oversees applicable facility, grounds and maintenance upkeep, office moves and building related projects.
- Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organising current premises. Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout. Develops and oversees space modifications and/or acquisition for the company. Oversees the annual budget to ensure office operations
- Assists with negotiations with vendors for services, pricing, equipment and assets. Manages relationships with vendors, service providers ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time. Expense reporting.
- Serves as liaison with and monitors performance of vendors i.e.: custodial, security, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, off-site warehouse landlords. Good to have experience in the evaluation/selection of vendors and the processing of purchasing invoices. - Conference room set-up, onsite event planning, organize and schedule onsite meetings - Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. Maintains storage of office supplies, ensures printers/copiers are supplied with paper and toner, and stocks break room/coffee stations with supplies.
- Keep active and open communication with employees at the office to receive feedback to anticipate future needs. Suggest or present new action plans to improve service. - Point person for mailing & shipping at local office
- Provides general support to visitors - ensures proper meeting arrangements. Provide general support to visitors including tours of the facility and access card sign in & out. - Responds to facility issues during and after business hours
- Ensures health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation. Maintains the plans for fire evacuation and disaster response. Point person for any communication with building managers / security & maintenance. Serves as the facility emergency response coordinator.
- Report energy and waste management data for the office every month. Gather any other data required for Globant’s Integrated Report. Help implement sustainability actions needed to reduce Globants carbon footprint.
- Organize orientation and training of all new local staff members to guide the operation of the office.
- Supports company wide security objectives by issuing employee badges, auditing security reports and enforcing the company security policy.
