**About The Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant to join our Data Management and Analytics team. You will be responsible for delivering industry-centric customer projects, providing predictive analysis, and creating visualizations for desired business metrics using tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP BW/4HANA, BPC, among others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with industry and technology experts to translate customer business requirements into analytics solutions.
- Test and ensure data integrity from the back-end source to front-end visualization.
- Participate in business sessions for identification of business requirements and corporate objectives.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of predictive analytics solutions.
- Participate in trainings and facilitate knowledge transfer throughout the team.
- Support project proposals, meet clients, create reports, and give presentations.
- Adhere to and satisfy customer requirements within agreed timelines.
- Be willing to travel regionally and globally.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- University degree or student in the last year in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in SAP projects and Analytics projects.
- Should be highly responsible, motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new mathematical or technical methods.
- Expertise in one or more ERP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD) is desired.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Portuguese is beneficial.
- Availability to travel and experience with working in international customer projects is a plus.

**Languages**:

- Spanish is mandatory.
- English excellent proficiency skill required.
- Portuguese is a plus.

**Work Experience**:

- At least 2-3 years’ experience in SAP, with minimum 2-3 years of Analytics experience.
- Experience in full life cycle SAP implementations and at least one S/4HANA full project participation.
- 5+ years overall experience in technical and business roles.
- Expertise in Data Warehousing, Reporting, and ETL, with experience implementing SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, and ABAP CDS views.
- Knowledge in SAP Data Services, SAP BusinessObjects, ABAP, Integrated Planning, and BPC is a plus.
