We are currently looking for a **Gen AI Engineer** to join our growing team and work in a finance & accounting project.

**What you´ll do**

As a Gen AI Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of AI solutions, leveraging your technical expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement cutting-edge AI models and systems.
- Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Utilize tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Git to build and manage AI pipelines.
- Be familiar with DevOps and MLOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of AI models.
- Implementing AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing business systems to enhance functionality and user interaction.

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- 4+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with modern software development tools (e.g. Git, Docker).
- Experience with generative AI Agents and LLM Frameworks (AutoGen - preJered, CrewAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex) and prompt engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferred Azure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- English proficiency: Upper intermediate and above.
