As the Creative Strategist, you'll act as the "director" of the entire marketing system, transforming raw content into a powerful brand engine across multiple platforms. This role requires someone who can both strategize and execute a leader who is not afraid to get their hands dirty with the execution side of the role. Youll collaborate closely with the CEO, video creators, and writers to craft a content strategy that drives growth and establishes brand authority. The role involves building and managing content calendars, repurposing content, and leading a talented internal team to execute high-quality, engaging media. **Key Responsibilities**: - Create and implement strategies to repurpose video, text, and social content across all platforms. - Collaborate with the CEO to turn raw video shoots into high-performing strategic media assets. - Lead and manage an internal team of 3 video editors, 1 manager, 1 LinkedIn ghostwriter, 1 cameraman, and an assistant. - Oversee short-term freelance writers and additional creators as necessary. - Work alongside the ad buyer to ensure the promotion of top-performing content. - Develop systems to streamline content creation so that the founders intervention is mínimal. - Own and execute the content vision across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals. - Monitor content performance and adjust strategy to achieve optimal growth and engagement. - Ensure content is aligned with the overall brand positioning and storytelling objectives. **Software/Platforms/Tools**: - Social Media Platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook) - Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) - Video Editing Software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) - Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Media Insights) - Design Tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) - CRM Systems - Communication Tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Meet) - Advertising Platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) **Qualifications**: - At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience leading content or brand marketing across multiple platforms. - Strong understanding of storytelling, brand positioning, and content repurposing. - Proven ability to manage content strategies that drive both growth and brand authority. - Excellent project management and leadership skills; ability to both strategize and execute. - Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with internal teams and external freelancers. - Ability to work autonomously while aligning with brand vision and company goals. - Experience working with high-visibility founders or managing marketing teams is a bonus. - Comfortable with content creation, video editing, and repurposing across platforms. - Experience using project management tools to streamline workflows. - Ability to adapt content strategy based on performance data and analytics. **Shift Schedule**: - Monday to Friday, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap as needed with the China Time Zone (GMT+8).
