**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**

The newly formed BAC Services Cross Controlling team has an opening for a (Senior) Controller who is passionate about business steering and driving simplification, standardization, and automation.

BAC Services Cross Controlling, as part of the Global Controlling team, is responsible to actively manage the Services P&Ls, as well as being a business partner to the respective business leaders. To successfully manage this task and to further strengthen our support towards the different Board Areas, we are looking for a Controller focusing on Business Unit Controlling as well as Project Management for cross topics

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
- Support business critical controlling activities (reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, closing activities)
- Drive activities to ensure overall financial performance, such as quarter end close, financial forecasting and budgeting
- Engage in preparation and financial validation of strategic and operational business cases
- Safeguard financial compliance
- Evaluation and monitoring of key financial risks and impact factors on the business
- Interact with CSS management and Controlling teams
- Participate in strategic projects & continuous improvement initiatives, especially in the context of simplification / automation

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Ability to present analysis to senior management
- Ability to drive complex topics in a global organization
- Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills, strong sense of prioritization, results and execution focused
- Comfort with working in both a team and independently showing significant own initiative
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with colleagues and executive management
- Fluent English language skills oral and written
