The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, development, and scaling of our cloud infrastructure with a strong emphasis on automation, security, and operational excellence. In this role, you'll be a key contributor throughout the entire software development lifecycle, driving initiatives that improve system reliability, scalability, and developer productivity. You will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where adaptability and collaboration are critical.
Key Responsibilities- Architect, implement, and manage robust cloud infrastructure leveraging AWS and Azure, following industry best practices.-
- Develop and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.-
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure-as-Code tools and configuration management systems.- Implement proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to maintain system health and quickly resolve issues.-
- Continuously assess and enhance DevOps workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enable faster delivery cycles.- Champion security best practices and ensure infrastructure and processes comply with organizational and industry standards.- Mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge to elevate the DevOps culture within the team.- Proactively innovate and improve beyond standard operational tasks by shaping how systems and operations are designed and executed.
What You Bring to the Team- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles, with a proven track record of building and supporting production-grade systems.- Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with core services like EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, etc.- Advanced experience with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes; experience developing Kubernetes Operators is a strong plus.- Proficiency in one or more scripting/programming languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins/CloudBees, GitLab CI/CD, Harness, or CircleCI, and hands-on experience automating deployment workflows.- Solid understanding of networking, cloud security, and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Crossplane).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to identify root causes and drive resolution across diverse systems.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams in a collaborative, agile environment.- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication in both languages.
