**The Work You'll Do**:
The Senior Software Engineer is a problem solver who uses technology to tackle complex challenges at scale. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and create impactful solutions. Responsible for the design and implementation of software that meets both functional and non-functional requirements, the Senior Software Engineer also ensures adherence to established development standards. This role requires a proactive team leader, sharing technical expertise and guiding the team to build and deploy high-quality software that meets customer expectations.
- More specifically, you will_:

- **Mentorship & Collaboration**:Mentor other software engineers, building collaborative relationships within the Scrum Team and acting as a technical advisor to the Product Manager. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA testers, and DBAs to solve complex challenges.
- **Quality Assurance**:Conduct peer code reviews, design testing protocols, and ensure the product meets high standards of quality through thorough testing.
- **Technical Integration**:Integrate technology, processes, testing, and business practices to develop robust solutions. Enhance the team’s Continuous Development and Continuous Integration practices to drive efficiency and quality.
- **Troubleshooting & Documentation**:Troubleshoot issues within your areas of expertise, and create or contribute to technical documentation, release notes, and bug fix records.
- **Continuous Learning**:Engage in ongoing learning by exploring new technologies, participating in knowledge-sharing sessions, attending conferences, and collaborating with local developer bootcamps.

***What We Need From You**
- 2+ years in a technical leadership role with hands-on team coaching experience
- Proficient in full-stack ASP.NET MVC web development, Visual Studio,.NET, and C#
- Strong front-end skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, JSON, and Ajax, and back-end experience with WCF, SOAP/REST APIs, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, Transact-SQL, including schema and security management
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced, Agile environment, with strong time management and organizational skills for remote work
- Familiarity with Azure development is a plus
- A proactive, self-motivated problem solver with a passion for continuous learning
