**The Work You'll Do**:
We are seeking a Software Developer to translate feature requests and improvements into functional, high-quality code that meets organizational standards. Teamwork is essential in this role, along with the ability to provide proactive support and contribute to improving client experiences.
- More specifically, you will:_
- Translate customer requirements into efficient and maintainable code.
- Upgrade, repair, and enhance software solutions.
- Estimate development timelines and propose solutions while identifying potential challenges.
- Perform tests to validate code and develop automated tests as needed.
- Collaborate within the Agile (Scrum) framework, adhering to its processes and principles.
- Review and challenge requirements to ensure the best outcomes based on experience.
- Actively participate in troubleshooting efforts to improve client satisfaction.
**What We Need From You**
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages such as.Net C# and JavaScript
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and effectively manage stressful situations.
- High level of proactivity and problem-solving ability.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
