**About the Position**
**S **ales Operations**
- Support the sales and operations teams in the processing of sales orders.
- Manage sample order processing and ensure sample inventory levels are maintained.
- Cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Track and report on shipping and logistics progress for custom and stock orders
- Increase sales productivity through process improvement and management.
- Coordinate and facilitate compliance needs/certificates for domestic and international clients.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new sales team members.
- Coordinate with our warehouse to ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders.
**Warehouse & Logistics Support**
- Coordinate shipping for inbound and outbound shipments
- Provide timely shipping cost estimates to sales team for expedited shipping options
- Manage merchandise return process (RMA), including label creation and pick-up scheduling
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving shipment issues
- Communicate with sales ops, the sales team, the warehouse and customers for shipment questions
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and performance improvements for logistics - Keep the sales team informed of any changes in shipping options and timelines.
- Assist with maintaining our client's standards for warehouse shipping, organization, and appearance.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- 2+ years of successful experience in customer service, order processing, logistics and fulfillment.
- Ability to cross-train and assist with product tasks as needed
- Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships
- In-depth knowledge and experience with order fulfillment and logistics
- Excellent problem solving skills; highly organized and efficient with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets; a bility to easily learn new software platforms
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills and a team player
- Must have professional working proficiency in English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced competitive environment
- Honesty, integrity, enthusiastic, respectful of others, takes pride in their work, desire to learn, and willingness to do what is needed to get the job done
