GRAPHIC DESIGNER, BRANDING TEAM
Can you understand the subtle nuances of a client brief and generate high-quality logos, key visuals, packaging concepts, brand books, and more?
TOP is looking for a creative and collaborative graphic designer with branding expertise to join our global branding team.
If you can work in a highly creative manner but also read between the lines for what clients really want, then we might have your next great job role.

Requirements (unless you convince us otherwise)
1. Have expert-level skills with graphic design software (Figma, Adobe suite, etc.)
2. The ability to ideate dozens of creative concepts at a high rate of speed
3. Skills with creating presentation in Keynote or Google Slides to show our work to clients

**Duties**:
Engage with client to understand unique needs and preferences
Coach clients through the briefing process to generate high-quality creative briefs.
Rapidly create and pitch design novel creative concepts including core brand positioning
Aggregate client feedback and implement key points creatively
Deliver finalized assets with supporting documentation to assist client marketing teams
Operate as a member of the creative team, including as a branding thought partner
Participate in the brand discovery process with clients and the broader branding team
Create logos, design standards, and brand imagery in collaboration with clients
