**TEMPORARY WORK (9 MONTHS)**
**Your mission will be to**
- Rate (score) and set credit limits for every customer according to BCS Credit Risk Management Concept. Conduct and document credit rating for all external customers, compiling and analyzing relevant information.
- Cover risky accounts receivables with low creditworthiness or without reliable financial data and high exposures and/or long payments terms.
- Grant the execution of the credit policy.
- Optimize and improve internal procedures.
- Ensure an exchange of information with our colleagues from Sales Department and collection. Notify sales units of specific risk of insolvency and work with them to find ways of realizing planned sales without incurring unacceptable credit risks.
- Check and support credit limit within the operative system. Review credit ratings annually and credit limits monthly.
- Ensure a proper process of credit analysis and order release in order to guarantee the local and global requirements.

- Accounting Degree/business administration.
- Knowledge of financial statement analysis, financial issues and accounting standards.
- Knowledge of credit analysis, credit scoring tools and how to calculate credit limits. Knowledge of common types of credit security and the related contractual agreements (non exclusive)
- Good communication skills to facilitate dealings with customers, distributors and in house departments.
- Good analytical skills in order to understand customer´s business models and their risk/reward profiles.
- Ability to use software systems. Focused in processes.
- Adequate language skills and ability to communicate with others credit analysts in the Bayer Group in English.
- Good team skills. Proactive.
