**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
The Senior Accountant reports directly to the Accounting Team Lead/Accounting Supervisor.The primary function is to be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including nancial analysis, reporting,
reconciliations, and compliance. The Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Team
Lead/Accounting Supervisor in those activities highlighted as Critical and sensitive to the operation.The
Senior Analyst will also provide support to the accounting Team Lead/ Accounting Supervisor by working as focal point of certain activities and providing a clear status/summary of what has been done.
- Receive, review and post journal entries received
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries
- Prepare and post recurring entries annually and update throughout the year as necessary
- Execute monthly program to book-and-reverse journal entries from the prior month
- Perform other nancial accounting monthly close duties as assigned, including sending month-end reports to management
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare audit and tax request work papers and respond to internal and external audit requests
- Enforce the company’s nancial control policies
- Assist the accounting Team Lead/Accounting Supervisor in coordinating certain critical/sensitive accounting tasks.
- Complete Key performance indicators timely
- Analyze and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Assist coaching other team members
- Prepare and Update Standing Operating Procedures and Desktop Procedures at least twice a year.
- Prepare an Update Capacity le in order to list the activities performed and the time consumed by each of them

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required Experience/Certications
- 6+ years accounting experience,
- Certied accountant
- Oracle experience highly desirable
- SAP experience is a plus Language Requirements English: Advanced prociency required [B2/C1] Spanish mandatory Knowledge and Skills
- Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Ability to manage a team with signicant expertise
- Solid understanding of nancial analysis and statistics
- Advanced skills in Google Suite
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements
