The Recruiter, Internal Hiring is responsible for supporting recruiters and hiring managers in internal hires and contractor conversions. As a member of the Internal Hiring Team, you will have the unique opportunity to learn the business from a Talent & People perspective.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support recruiters and hiring managers by posting jobs internally, working closely with hiring manager to get offer details and necessary approvals and completing process through Workday.
- Develop strong and effective team relationships across Talent Acquisition, Operations, and HR specialist functions/centers of excellence, e.g.,, Finance, etc.
- Provide reports and maintain data on daily activities
- New-hire onboarding support to ensure smooth onboarding process
- Keep appraised of regional and local employment laws and regulations in order to ensure company compliance
- Additional project work on an as needed basis

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office. (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills will be highly regarded)
- Experience with Workday is recommended by not required
- 1-2 years’ experience working within Talent Acquisition is recommended but not required
- Must have excellent follow up skills and sense of urgency
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization, including top level (Hiring Manager)
