We're looking for an Strategy & Ops BP for an international agribusiness company. The role will be responsible for driving, following up and updating status of transversal projects, mostly related to Industry and Operations.

**Main responsibilities**:
Participate in Staff meetings with Global Heads of Shared Service Center, Global Head of EPSO & Regional Head of IT, International Execution Global Lead, Global Head of Operational Risk.
Support global COO in business presentations and processes implementation mostly related to Operations and Industry scope.
Coordinate and follow up meeting agreements to ensure progress upon actions
Work in close collaboration with Industry and Finance team regarding critical documentation and reporting
Organize Global SHE (Safety Health & Environment) Committee with the Global Head of SHE
Support COO and direct reports during budget process
Be a facilitator for business platforms and functions with the global Chief Operating Officer

**Requirements and skills**:
At least 5 years of experience working in business development, strategy, processes or project management.
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
Ability to analyze large amount of information, prepare executive summaries and prioritize severeal topics to deliver in tight deadlines
Manage sensitive and confidential information
Bilingual English level.
Dynamic profile with capacity to interact with senior stakeholders and build strong collaborative relationships
