Data Operations Strategy

We are looking for an outstanding **Data Operations Strategy** to join our growing Business Analysis division within the Data Ops Product team.

**The Data Ops Product team** is responsible for working directly with our Revenue team, operating the business and executing each and every campaign by leveraging our technology in the best possible way. Our main goal is to deliver outstanding results for our customers.

As a **Data Operations Strategy** your goal will be to maximize results for our global customers by leading the best campaign strategy and analyzing roadblocks considering the entire our customers life cycle. You will be working alongside Account Managers and must have an analytical mindset, detail-oriented focus, business understanding and strategic acumen in order to add incremental value to our customers through campaign management.

Within your scope you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing global campaign issues and designing short term processes and solutions to deliver company strategy while passing those learnings to the team to shape Product projects.

**Jampp is a remote-first company. For this position, it means that you can work remotely from any part of Argentina.**

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Manage strategic campaigns autonomously - be responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of our mobile marketing campaigns using the wealth of Jampp's ML programmatic tools at your fingertips.
- Structure campaign analyses visualizing data from lots of mobile apps to provide insights to existing and future campaigns using standard tools including SQL and proprietary dashboards.
- Extract and manipulate data, creating actionable recommendations for business decisions. This may include, but is not limited to, publishers, verticals, creatives, and internal workflow optimization through data insights
- Structure complex and insightful analyses to improve and understand campaigns' performance and support Account managers to provide strategic campaign reports and insights to our customers.
- Troubleshoot technical problems (Tracking, Integrations, Supply, etc.), and Work cross-functionally with revenue and technical teams to ensure the proper campaign management outcome

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Economics, Administration, Statistics, or related field.
- 2 years of work experience as a business analyst or business development positions.
- Outstanding time management, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail, and analytical background.
- Proactive team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-growing tech company.
- Excellence in logical thinking, problem-solving and proven familiarity with big data.
- Comfortable with SQL and Excel; experience with R/Python is a plus.
- Ambitious self-starter who enjoys a good challenge and continuous learning.
- You are someone that others enjoy working with due to your competence and positive attitude.
