Remote position within Argentina & Uruguay

RYZ Labs is seeking a skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our client's team. Our client is a pioneering company revolutionizing how micro-business owners transform their crafting passions into thriving businesses. This critical role will support new business ventures, enhance financial decision-making, and drive growth and profitability. The FP&A Analyst will collaborate closely with senior management, department heads, and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and financial strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
2. 2–4 years of hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
3. In-depth understanding of complexities associated with e-commerce businesses and operations.
4. Proficiency in data analysis tools, SQL, and relational databases.
5. Strong grasp of financial principles, corporate finance, and accounting practices.
6. Skilled in financial analysis software and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages.
2. Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate new business ventures and profitability.
3. Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
4. Work with department heads to identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
5. Validate large datasets across multiple systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
6. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate financial performance and insights to stakeholders.
7. Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance financial operations and efficiency.
8. Implement best practices in financial modeling, reporting, and decision support.
