**Some of the responsibilities**:
- Be the focal point for the finance team on planning and analysis.
- Prepare and present annual budgets for our US & UK platforms.
- Monitor project performance on a quarterly basis, preparing financial statements and reports for investors and management.
- Provide value-added analysis, including variance drivers / actual vs budget for decision making.
- Work closely with US/UK teams to ensure and assist with compliance of statutory requirements.
- Monitor portfolio performance (collections, tenant issues, property manag. reports) & capex expenses.
- Provide assistance in new asset acquisition as needed, including due diligence and KYC process
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in FP&A, audit or controllership roles, ideally in multinational environments or Big Audit Firms with international exposure.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
- Solid Excel knowledge. - Superior analytical and communications skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexible to work on ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Desirable: Experience with BI systems and reporting tools.
