Cómo contribuirás Tus tareas: Dirigir, capacitar, desarrollar y motivar al equipo de ejecutores para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Ventas, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Perfect Store, RRHH, Commercial Training. Proporcionar los informes requeridos por las áreas con las que interactuas. Seguimiento de eventos, control de precios, dinámica comercial, detalle de recursos administrados. Gestionar las relaciones comerciales con los clientes facilitando la mejor ejecución de nuestras categorías en los POB asignados. Velando por el cumplimiento de los acuerdos comerciales anuales en todos los canales de venta a su cargo. Realizar y llevar a la práctica los cursos brindados por la compañía, en lo referido al rol que ocupas. Qué aportarás El deseo de impulsar tu futuro y acelerar tu carrera junto con los siguientes conocimientos y experiencia: Conocimiento de los ambientes de compra en los que Mondelēz International opera. Experiencia en ejecución y ventas. Habilidades analíticas y organizativas sólidas Capacidad de liderazgo. Excelente comunicación y habilidades de interacción. Sólidos conocimientos acerca de los procesos de ventas y negociación Perseverancia y tenacidad. Educación/ Titulaciones: Estudiante o egresado de carrera Lic en Administración, Marketing, Comercialización o Carrera a fin. Requisitos específicos del puesto: Nivel Avanzado de Office, Excel, PowerPoint Capacidad Analítica
