Chief of Staff – AvantStay A Chief of Staff who will serve as a force multiplier for our C‑suite, ensuring alignment between the company’s vision and execution of strategic objectives. This role will drive collaboration across our global organization by providing complex financial analysis, executing on operational goals, and optimizing business practices. Key Responsibilities - Self‑starter with a bias for action; learn from innovative leaders and help implement enterprise‑level decisions. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses using financial modeling techniques. - Effectively define and resolve problems that balance multiple needs and interests. - Excellent communication and people skills; work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth company. - Build strong working relationships with business partners; trusted advisor. Qualifications - Proven ability to build strong working relationships with business partners and are seen as a trusted advisor. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses using financial modeling techniques. Benefits - Compensation: $65,000‑80,000 USD. - Company‑provided computer. - Must be able & willing to work US business hours, including flexibility for off‑hours (nights & weekends). #J-18808-Ljbffr
