Who we are looking for:

VML Argentina is seeking a Senior Art Director with exceptional creativity, sensibility and a portfolio to prove it, to join our creative team and work with a leading brand.

What you’ll do:

1. Conceptualizing and executing innovative creative ideas for 360° campaigns, encompassing everything from digital strategy to offline pieces.
2. Working closely with a Senior Copywriter, forming a high-performance creative duo to generate disruptive and memorable concepts.
3. Developing the brand's visual identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency and impact at every touchpoint.
4. Supervising the production of creative pieces, including art direction for photo and video shoots, as well as talent and location scouting.
5. Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in design, advertising, and digital marketing.
6. Presenting creative ideas to clients in a clear and convincing manner.
7. Guiding and mentoring other members of the creative team, sharing your experience and knowledge.

Who you are:

1. A builder | Entrepreneurial attitude coupled with strong business acumen. Ability and appetite to bring people together. Innate ability to marshal people and create gravity around ideas.

What you’ll need:

1. 4+ years of experience in Art Direction in advertising or marketing agencies, with a portfolio that demonstrates your talent and versatility.
2. Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
3. Solid knowledge of digital design, including web design, UX/UI, and social media.
4. Teamwork, leadership, and proactive skills.
5. Passion for creativity and the world of marketing.
