We are seeking a driven operator to join our B2B team as Chief of Staff to the Head of B2B. This role suits a self-starter with high IQ and EQ, capable of translating strategy into actionable, measurable outcomes. You will lead critical initiatives, streamline operations, and help scale one of our fastest-growing business areas. Whether you are an ambitious early-career professional or a mid-level operator with startup, consulting, or high-growth experience, this role positions you to shape the evolution of our B2B business and grow into future leadership. Key Responsibilities - Lead & Execute Strategic Initiatives: Take ownership of cross-functional B2B projects from planning through delivery; structure ambiguous challenges, analyze options, and implement solutions; partner with the Head of B2B to translate strategy into action plans, systems, and accountability mechanisms. - Build data-driven systems to track performance and tie strategic efforts to measurable business outcomes. - Drive Operational Excellence: Identify inefficiencies and implement tools and processes to improve team velocity; lead the integration of AI tools, automations, and systems to reduce manual work and enhance productivity; support the Head of B2B in team enablement, culture building, and people management efforts. - Support Communication, Enablement & Onboarding: Draft internal communications, project briefs, team updates, and executive-ready materials; curate and review key business deliverables (decks, landing pages, sales materials) for consistency and impact; help prepare board updates, OKRs, and alignment artifacts; support onboarding of new B2B team members with structured ramp-up processes and context access. What You Bring - Experience & Expertise: 2-5 years in startups, consulting, VC-backed companies, or similar high-performance environments; proven ability to lead initiatives independently and thrive in fast-paced, evolving contexts; experience working with or directly supporting executive leadership; background in leveraging AI tools or modern platforms for productivity is a strong plus. - Skills & Tools: Sharp business acumen, bias toward action and clarity; excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence; strong project management with fluency in Notion, Slack, Google Suite, and automation platforms; data literacy and ability to use metrics and dashboards to inform decisions. - Mindset & Fit: Self-motivated, proactive, intellectually curious; high emotional intelligence and interpersonal agility; loves working with data and measuring impact of strategic decisions; mission-driven, humble, highly collaborative; eager for long-term growth into business leadership or generalist roles.
