Global Supplier Services Sourcing Lead for Latam Regional Global Supplier Services Sourcing Lead for Latin America, Canada & Bahamas (VP)We are looking for an experienced professional to join as the regional Sourcing Lead for Latin America, Canada & Bahamas within the global Global Supplier Services ("GSS") organization. This senior VP role is based in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and will report directly into the Regional Global Supplier Services Lead. What You will Do & be Responsible for - Spend Management: Responsible to oversee regional Third Party Spend as well as work with key partners to design, establish and deliver against a strategic roadmap to further optimize supplier landscape in terms of services, commercials and efficiencies. - Transactions & Deal Management: Lead individual negotiations on transactional level with suppliers in collaboration with respective Category Sourcing peers including RFPs, RFIs, Commercial negotiations, Contract drafting etc. - Advisory & Stakeholder Management: Advise regional internal clients on best approach and strategy when contracting suppliers and advise global GSS partners around regional restrictions and market specialties. - Local Argentina GSS Responsibilities: Primary contact for senior Argentina Management team for questions and concerns related to GSS and subsequent coordination with the global team for resolution where required. What You will Need - 10+ years relevant work experience in Sourcing, Vendor Management, Business Management or related roles. - Hands on approach to drive transactions and deals on Micro Level as well the ability to think through, design and delivery on strategic plans (Macro level). - Outstanding listening, negotiation, communication and influencing skills to operate in a matrix organization. - Expert in written and verbal communication in English & Spanish (Portuguese is a plus) with the ability to present in front of senior management and influence desired outcome. - Highly organized who drives in a fast paced environment to manage several priorities and contacts across multiple partners internal to GSS and to the larger firm at the same time. - Excellent business judgment, particularly the ability to proactively monitor engagements to address issues early, performing root cause analysis to develop solutions. - Strong business acumen and analytical skills as well as experience in drafting commercial agreements and schedules in partnership with Legal.
