The Role As a Lead Procurement Strategic Sourcing at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll work at the forefront of new technology and modernization, collaborating with some of our biggest clients worldwide. No two projects are alike; you’ll manage systems data, provide day‑to‑day solutions, and ensure security compliance. You’ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients. Job Qualification Supports global procurement activities and tasks that are not sourcing specific. Involves several job role specialties such as business operations, policies and practices, global compliance, client services bid management, supplier contract development and negotiation in support of complex services engagements. Additional Technical Requirements 5 years of experience in managing sourcing projects, including the creation and execution of competitive and non‑competitive sourcing projects. Bachelor’s degree. Data analysis skills: to optimize contract terms to suppliers and meet quarterly/annual objectives. Advanced English level. Knowledge in SAP Ariba FIELDGLASS (preferred).
