About the role You will lead regulatory strategy and licensing for Argentina, reporting to the Head of Regulatory Affairs & Licensing – Latin America. Key responsibilities - Develop and execute regulatory strategy for local market, aligning with Latin American objectives. - Advocate and collaborate with regulatory authorities, industry bodies and policymakers. - Analyze local regulatory proposals and advise on risks and opportunities; produce concise internal policy briefs. - Manage licensing approval process; prepare documentation and coordinate regulatory responses. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with expansion, legal, compliance, finance teams to address emerging regulatory challenges. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years regulatory experience in financial services or crypto‑asset industry. - Strong knowledge of Argentine regulatory frameworks; strategic and operational application. - Proven experience working with or within regulatory authorities (central banks, financial supervisory agencies, ministries of finance). - Diplomatic skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. - Exceptional written and verbal communication; public experience. - Fluency in English and native proficiency in Spanish (Argentina). - University degree; advanced degree in Law, Economics, Political Science or related field preferred.
