As one of our Frontend Engineers, you'll be at the forefront of crafting exceptional user experiences - from building intuitive interfaces to implementing seamless interactions that make financial services accessible to everyone. Working closely with our cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, backend engineers, and customer support, you'll help shape the face of our financial platform.

You'll start by owning critical frontend features and components, growing into technical leadership based on proven success. Your work will directly enhance our platform's usability and accessibility while collaborating on innovative solutions to complex user interface challenges. We seek a passionate, detail-oriented engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to our mission of financial inclusion. Your role will involve close collaboration with core team members to elevate our frontend architecture and create delightful user experiences.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks
- Proven track record building responsive and performant web applications
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture and state management
- Professional English communication skills
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Understanding of web security best practices
- Experience with version control systems (Git)

Nice to Have

- TypeScript development experience
- Native Spanish proficiency
- Knowledge of or interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- Experience with automated testing frameworks
- Background in fintech or financial services
- Experience with web accessibility standards
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with modern build tools and CI/CD pipelines
