We especially value knowledge in capital-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, where complex decision environments and high-impact opportunities are central to our work. What are the position's challenges? - Lead core workstreams within consulting projects, including structuring problems, analyzing insights, and formulating high-impact recommendations. - Design decision models, analytical approaches, and engagement frameworks that address complex operational and strategic challenges, particularly in capital-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas. - Manage and coach Consultants and Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective team performance. - Coordinate comprehensive industry and competitive analyses to support key account development and project strategy. - Contribute to business development by leading the preparation of proposals, identifying opportunities, and participating in client discussions. - Actively support talent acquisition by leading the recruitment and evaluation process for Consultants and Analysts. Profile Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (Mandatory). - Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields (Mandatory). - Advanced English (Mandatory). - Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Mandatory). - Previous experience in Oil & Gas, or other capital-intensive industries (Highly desirable). - Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau (Desirable). - High availability for travel.
