De functie van Field Service Engineer is een uitdagende dynamische wereldbaan. Terwijl je de wereld rondreist, zul je doen wat je het leukst vindt: het oplossen van problemen van onze klanten op locatie. Je ontmoet interessante mensen en gaat zelfstandig aan de slag in het veld. Je gaat je technische expertise combineren met je sociale vaardigheden. Daarnaast ga je de klant adviseren over de mogelijkheden van het systeem en over de aanvullende aanbiedingen die we kunnen doen. Je maakt deel uit van ons klantenserviceteam en krijgt ondersteuning, feedback en toegewijde training.

JOUW UITDAGINGEN:

1. Probleemoplossing en preventief onderhoud.
2. Klanten helpen met machine gerelateerde problemen via telefoon, e-mail, remote communicatie en bezoeken ter plaatse.
3. Installeren van upgrades en modificaties bij klanten wereldwijd.
4. Klanten tevreden houden als vertegenwoordiger van Hauzer, met goede administratie en opvolging.
5. Kennisoverdracht aan klanten en luisteren naar hun vereisten.
6. Training geven aan klanten in het bedienen, onderhouden en oplossen van problemen met het systeem.
7. Feedback geven aan collega's over specifieke wensen van klanten en technische ontwikkelingen.
8. Assisteren van Customer Support collega's en indien nodig productiecollega's.
9. Rapporteren aan de Manager Customer Support.

WAT VERWACHTEN WE VAN JOU?

1. MBO of HBO diploma, bij voorkeur in de elektrotechniek of mechatronica.
2. Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
3. Zelfstandige stevige persoonlijkheid, groot gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid, goed analytisch vermogen en teamspirit.
4. Gevoel voor commerciële aspecten, organisatorisch talent en klantgerichte representatieve houding.
5. Vloeiend in Engels en bij voorkeur Duits.
6. Betrouwbaar en respectvol.
7. Bereidheid om voor meer dan 50% en ad hoc wereldwijd te reizen.
8. Bereidheid om buiten reguliere werktijden beschikbaar te zijn voor klantenoproepen tijdens consignatiedienst.

WAT MAG JE VAN ONS VERWACHTEN?

1. Contract voor onbepaalde tijd bij TMC.
2. Salarisindicatie tussen de 3250,- en 5000,- bruto per maand exclusief eventuele toeslagen.
3. Persoonlijk opleidingsbudget van minimaal 2200,- per jaar.
4. Individuele winstdeling (wordt maandelijks uitgekeerd).
5. Diverse sociale gelegenheden waar we het zakelijke met het aangename combineren.

TMC Field Service is een team dat bestaat uit operational engineers, monteurs, teamleiders, projectleiders en site managers. We draaien snel mee bij onze opdrachtgevers, door onze hands-on mentaliteit, technische kennis en sociale vaardigheden.
