Responsabilidades

- Desarrollo estratégico de clientes, identificando oportunidades de negocio en sectores clave y construir relaciones comerciales sólidas y duraderas.
- Desarrollar soluciones de reclutamiento altamente especializadas, adaptadas a las necesidades particulares de cada cliente.
- Presentar y negociar nuestras propuestas comerciales, asegurando el entendimiento claro de los beneficios y el valor agregado que ofrece Michael Page.
- Fomento del crecimiento del negocio, impulsando la captación de clientes mediante la identificación de oportunidades de negocio.
- Colaboración con diferentes equipos, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo orientado al crecimiento y éxito conjunto.
- Construcción de alianzas a largo plazo, desarrollando relaciones consultivas y de confianza con los clientes, asegurando una colaboración continua y abriendo nuevas líneas de negocio para futuras oportunidades.

Requisitos

- Fuertes habilidades de negociación y comunicación.
- Alta capacidad de análisis para identificar oportunidades y crear soluciones efectivas.
- Mentalidad proactiva y orientada a resultados, con la capacidad de gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
- Experiencia previa en consultoría de selección o ventas B2B, preferiblemente en el sector de reclutamiento.
- Manejo de Inglés.
