Location: Remote; Latam, North America, AMER Contract Type: Contractor, Full-time Role Level: Senior Summary: One of my clients is looking for a world‑class Head of Design who can shape and scale the visual identity, tone, and essence across every channel and customer touchpoint. This is a hands‑on leadership role. You'll guide brand, design, and storytelling across our product, marketing, and community. You'll set the creative direction for the company and work closely with leadership, marketing, product, and external partners to ensure we don't just look good, we feel unforgettable. Key Functions and Tasks - Own the overall brand vision and creative strategy - Develop and lead a growing creative team - Define and evolve the visual identity across all channels (digital, print, product, social, events) - Partner cross‑functionally to drive consistency and high‑impact storytelling - Oversee creative output: campaigns, marketing assets, content, and product design elements - Create scalable brand guidelines that adapt as the company grows - Craft experiences that leave lasting emotional resonance with users and audiences Requirements - 6+ years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or art direction. - A strong portfolio that shows end‑to‑end brand thinking, not just visuals. - Experience building global or regional brands (startups, fintech, or lifestyle a plus). - Ability to lead and inspire designers, freelancers, and cross‑functional teams. - Comfort switching between high‑level strategy and hands‑on execution. - Experience with content, social, motion, and product design collaboration. - Deep understanding of visual trends, storytelling, and how to move people emotionally. - Experience in Blockchain/Web3 brands. - Fluent in English and/or Spanish preferred Benefits - A dynamic, startup‑paced environment focused on innovation - Opportunity to build and shape a brand that matters in Latin America - Work with a high‑performing team on meaningful, cross‑border financial solutions - Flexible remote setup and potential for career growth - Competitive compensation package #J-18808-Ljbffr
