The Policy Administration team is a business controls team tasked with the key functions of designing and maintaining business-centric access management policies and implementing them within the access management systems.
Partnership with business and technology is a key component of this role.
Consequently, this role represents a key to how we manage cybersecurity and business risk in the future.
And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:
Analyze data as a driver for decision making, design, and implementation of controls; drive results based on facts or analysis.Improve current processes by identifying trends, ineffective procedures, and perform root cause analysis to enhance efficiency of the operational aspects of the program.Strengthen controls by identifying gaps and making change recommendations in order to enforce and enhance data integrity.Design and implement access roles for business users across all our key business segments in partnership with key business, technology, and controls partners.Provide concrete plans on implementing monitoring frameworks for the control objectives.Partner with controls, operations, technology, and third-party stakeholders to define the access standard requirements for JPM access to enterprise information assets.Develop a detailed understanding of the business areas in order to design access aligned with their operating models.What do we ask for this position? Demonstrated relevant work experience as a Business Analyst, Program/Project Management, leading change management processes, or similar role.Bachelor's degree in Controls, Computer/Information Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related with an oriented mindset to processes and systemic thinking.Strong analytical skills and proven experience in data analysis tools with larger data sets.Strong, proactive task-based approach with focus on delivery and implementation.Ability to lead individuals and projects and experience with presenting a proposal or solution.Desired but not Required:
