Monitorear los vintage de originación de los productos de crédito en cada país, identificando oportunidades que maximicen la relación riesgo/rentabilidad.
Realizar análisis de default por segmento y score para detectar desvíos y oportunidades de mejora en las políticas de crédito.
Colaborar en la revisión del P&L para identificar el impacto del riesgo crediticio y trabajar con Collections para mejorar la gestión de mora.
Realizar backtesting de modelos de scoring y proponer ajustes basados en insights.
Requisitos Experiencia previa en análisis de riesgo en banca, fintech o consultoría financiera.
Experiencia en seguimiento de KPIs de riesgo y análisis de crédito.
Conocimiento en Excel avanzado, SQL, y herramientas de análisis de datos.
Inglés intermedio/avanzado.. Profesional de carreras como Actuario, Economía o afines.
