About Us: Join our dynamic team at Mercedes-Benz, where innovation meets excellence. We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to support our digital customer experience initiatives across ROS markets.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Customer Experience:Support operational execution and day-to-day management of digital customer experience initiatives.Market Education:Assist in educating and standardizing markets on digital customer experience tools.Budget Management:Manage IT Marketing budget and support digital transformation projects.User Access Management:Oversee user access and permissions, including onboarding and offboarding processes.Collaboration:Work closely with HQ, markets, and experience centers to ensure smooth implementation and strategic alignment.Multitasking & Analytical Skills:Manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and delivery plans. Analyze customer experience metrics and identify areas for improvement.QualificationsQualifications: Education:University degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.Experience:Minimum 5+ years in digital marketing with a solid understanding of the customer journey and IT integration. Experience in the automotive or technology industry is preferred.Skills:Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, budget management, stakeholder coordination, and a data-driven approach to customer marketing. Basic understanding of data integration and system architecture is essential.Project Management:Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and delivery plans.IT Skills Required: Basic understanding of data integration and system architecture.Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.Familiarity with IT budget management.Knowledge of user access and permissions management.Personal Competence: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and drive topics forward.Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.Flexibility to work with teams across different time zones.Confidence with numbers and a strategic business focus.Why Join Us?
