Descripción de la vacante: Category Lead Desarrollar e implementar el plan estratégico a 3/5 años de las marcas incluidas en su categoría para todo South Cone.
Manejar anualmente la implementación de los planes tácticos de Marketing que incluya la estrategia de comunicación y promoción de la línea de producto a cargo, a fin de alcanzar los objetivos de venta/rentabilidad acordados para el año dentro de los presupuestos de ventas y gastos definidos.
Principales Responsabilidades: Participar y liderar la estrategia a 1-5 años para las categorías y marcas a cargo para contribuir al business plan de la filial, en alineación con los equipos regionales y globales.Desarrollar los planes de categoría y marca utilizando las herramientas de Winning Choices de Sanofi CHC para los Países / Marcas a cargo.Proponer, defender y presentar planes de acción de marketing y comunicación a corto plazo, priorizando la rentabilidad o retorno sobre la inversión de las acciones.Presentar el Plan de Acción y entrenamiento para la Fuerza de Ventas comercial sobre Perfil de Producto a fin de acompañar la estrategia definida para alcanzar los objetivos de venta.Administrar el presupuesto Marketing asignado a su línea de Producto.Trabajar junto al equipo de CMI sobre el desarrollo de un profundo conocimiento del consumidor actual y target, para potenciar la exploración y validación de las propuestas para la marca.Desarrollar junto a Trade Marketing las herramientas para poder ganar el comprador (shopper) en el punto de venta.Dar soporte a los programas de Branding / Fidelización a médicos Target junto al equipo de Medical Marketing.BI: entender las herramientas y variables de cada mercado para analizar y tomar decisiones en función de las tendencias de mercado y competencia, market share y nível prescriptivo del target.Desarrollar material promocional y documentos de trabajos científicos que soporten la estrategia del producto.Ayudar al equipo de Medical Marketing a mantener y desarrollar una red de líderes de opinión y clientes claves.Acerca de ti: Experiencia: +3 años experiencia previa en la posición.
Competencias: Capacidad para liderar el cambio incluso en contextos de incertidumbre y volatilidad, fuertes capacidades de persuasión para guiar la organización hacia las prioridades de crecimiento, manejo de equipos de trabajo, buenas relaciones interpersonales, con excelentes capacidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
Conocimientos técnicos: Comprensión completa y manejo del P&L, manejo de base de datos, herramientas estadísticas, office avanzado, capacidad analítica, sólidos conocimientos de marketing con foco en el consumidor / comprador.
Educación: Universitario graduado en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniero industrial, Comercialización, Marketing, o carreras afines.
MBA o cursos de postgrado idealmente.
Idiomas: Inglés Avanzado (EXCLUYENTE)
