Responsibilities: Supervise FA TS.
Create and manage team schedules and workflow.
Assist new employees in understanding their role and support them during their transition.
Monitor individual team performance.WIP Report.
Manage the work-in-progress schedule (WIP report) to show the overall quantity of site everyday WIP contributors.
Perform factory analysis addressing various yield and quality issues on all models.
Maintain and improve WIP based on target quantity, ensuring no more than 8 days below FA WIP aging.Conformity and Compliance.
Ensure compliance with factory internal procedures and systems, including 5S and Safety protocols.
Actively participate in the regular review and update of Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC).
Engage in the prevention of Safety Incidents and First Aid Cases.Closely monitor and track OATF performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Coordinate and collaborate with other support groups (test, PDS, Process, Quality, Maintenance, and other operational teams) for quick resolution of issues.Knowledge in: Switching power supply design and manufacturing or related PCBA manufacturing.Knowledge of microprocessor principles and communication protocols is a plus.Familiarity with process and quality tools such as SPC analysis, FMEA, and DOE is also a plus.Knowledge to use electronic equipment such as DMM, Oscilloscope, Curve Tracer, E-load, AC & DC source, LCR, etc.Qualifications: Preference for ECE or Electrical Engineering or any similar Technical Engineering course.
Minimum 3 years of experience in troubleshooting power supplies/electronics industry and managing technical teams.
