Together with the GFA LT, the COO drives the digital finance transformation and steers, together with Controlling, the financial performance of GFA.
The COO Service Delivery & Cross Topics (SD&CT) team is responsible for supporting GFA leadership in refining and realizing GFA's vision for Digital Finance Transformation at SAP and our target picture for an effective service portfolio and delivery model.
SD&CT's goal is to maximize customer value & increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of our main GFA services and by establishing clear ownership for the services across GFA.
In addition, SD&CT supports post-merger and integration (PMI) activities and leads strategic and cross board area projects in support of the GFA COO.
The COO Agile Transformation team is responsible for driving the agile transformation in GFA as well as managing the COO SWARM organization.
The Head of Agile Transformation (part of the COO LT) leads the virtual agile transformation core team, which is a cross-functional team of experts devoted to driving the agile transformation in Finance.
In addition, the Head of Agile Transformation leads the Swarm Teams.
These teams are fully empowered, knowledgeable, cross-functional team members handling "non-standard" and complex topics that are increasingly important to succeed in a VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) world.
The SWARMS drive innovation and process digitization for best experience and efficiency across GFA, while ensuring that the organization is equipped to adapt to changing conditions.
We are looking for a management support senior specialist to support both the Head of Service Portfolio & Cross Topics as well as the Head of Agile Transformation.
