Team provides support to the Upstream and Downstream organizations for Latin America, Europe and other international locations by managing payroll activities and handling operations between CVXs entities and affiliates.
Position ResponsibilitiesAssisting the Intercompany and Payroll Accounting Supervisor to coordinate Team projects and initiatives.Using technology and critical thinking to lead high-quality decisions.Contributing to a continuous process improvement environment.Providing accounting support to less experienced team members.Reconciliation analysis for the most complex issues in the team.Building engagement and meaningful relationships with internal partners and external customers.Handling digital tools to support daily/monthly reporting.Providing feedback and coaching to other team members.Get a deep understanding of Oil & Gas industry activities as well as how Chevron entities are interrelated.Collaboratively work and engage daily with many process stakeholders and other Accounting Teams.High exposure with other leaders inside and outside FSS.Required Qualifications+8 years of experience in Accounting/Finance roles.Intermediate level of English.Bachelor's degree.Preferred QualificationsJDE, SAP, Sap4Hana experience is preferred.MS 365 knowledge (i.e.
