Role PurposeThe Senior Financial Analyst will be part of the controllership team responsible for the organization's daily accounting operations for Latam entities. The individual must maintain accurate records for each entity and ensure the overall balance sheet remains up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Analyze financial information to prepare accurate financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts.
- Review account reconciliations to identify any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with AP, AR, Bank, Payroll, Tax, Intercompany teams to resolve accounting issues.
- Maintain compliance with accepted policies and procedures regarding financial records.
- Meet all financial reporting deadlines.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
- Degree in Public Accountant (or nearing completion).
- 1-2 years of experience as controller or similar role.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- SAP knowledge is beneficial.
- Team collaboration skills.
