Será quién lidere el equipo de soluciones Tecnológicas/Financieras, con foco en producto y agilidad.
Materializará la estrategia del área, desarrollando productos competitivos, innovadores, pensándolos desde la experiencia del usuario, en tiempo real, con alta agilidad y fuerte foco en la necesidad del cliente.
Liderará un equipo de unas 40 personas (propios y de terceros) con unos 5 reportes directos.
Responsabilidades: Diseñar y hacer cumplir el plan de soluciones de productos financieros a mediano y largo plazo.Incrementar la cantidad de productos financieros, pensados desde la experiencia del usuario, multiplicando la contribución al revenue de la Cía.Hacer benchmarking, gestionando equipos multidisciplinarios, conociendo en profundidad lo que necesitan los usuarios, trabajando en UX, research, tecnología, entre otros, armando un robusto plan propio de producto.Generar y trabajar en oportunidades nuevas, estar un paso adelantado de cara a los productos que el usuario necesita.Exponer ante diversos stakeholders y de altos niveles de la Cía, avances y resultados.Requisitos: Profesional con un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en roles ejecutivos liderando el Plan Estratégico de Desarrollo e Implementación de Productos, en Bancos, Fintech o negocios afines.Experiencia en transformación digital, trabajando con agilidad y vinculado a roles del área de tecnología (UX, Data Driver, Manager developer).Sólidos Conocimientos de Producto / Mercado Financiero / UX / Tecnología.Se valorará el manejo del idioma inglés.Lugar de Trabajo: Capital Federal - Buenos Aires (esquema híbrido, esencialmente home office).
Pudiendo ser 100% home office si se reside en otra Provincia de la Argentina.
