Job Description: Eagers Automotive is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to specialise in the company's luxury brand portfolio, working with brands such as Porsche, McLaren, Mercedes-Benz, and Bentley, along with additional brands such as BYD, Hyundai, Mazda, and more.
The role is full-time, with flexibility based on event schedules, and is based out of Porsche Centre Perth in Osborne Park.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute event schedules and brand requirements.
About the Role: Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Planning and coordination of event and marketing schedules across the brands.Working with third-party suppliers to book marketing initiatives and create new concepts.Keeping organised spreadsheets and budgets.Designing and communicating EDMs.Coordinating website updates provided by Manufacturer or liaising with third-party suppliers.Assisting with social media scheduling, planning, and content.Supporting the Marketing Manager to execute brand initiatives, plans, and campaigns, assisting with tasks from vehicle launches, events, marketing campaigns, and coordination of third-party suppliers.What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, events, graphic design, or equivalent.Efficient in Adobe Design Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign/Illustrator or similar.Understanding the basics of marketing coordination, branding, and event management.Preferably 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.A natural communicator and collaborator.Good work ethic with the ability to work as a team and autonomously.Someone who enjoys planning, organising, and list keeping while being able to prioritise requirements.We are looking for a team member that will fit with our current marketing team.
