Responsibilities: Create mockups, design comps/layouts, prototypes, and other design artifacts in response to client briefs and requirements.Work closely with UX staff to execute research processes including user/stakeholder interviews, user journey/flow mapping, persona studies, user stories/gherkins, usability testing, empathy mapping, card sorting/tree testing, etc.Collaborate with product, engineering, and production teams to execute designs with a cohesive vision and strict adherence to quality standards.Prepare design deliverables for implementation, including sourcing and processing assets, and providing clear and thorough implementation specs as needed.Build digital style guides and design systems.Utilize design tools like Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, and InVision on a daily basis.Contribute to a well-organized and efficient workflow.Qualities We Look For: Bachelor's degree or greater or equivalent work experience.Experience in a web design-oriented role, preferably at a digital creative agency or digital product development shop.Fluent in Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, and similar digital design tools.Ability to understand HTML/CSS when collaborating with developers.Willingness to experiment and challenge the whole team to be more innovative.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to balance multiple client projects and deliverables.Being fun to work with and having a sense of humor are appreciated.What We Offer: 100% remote workSalary in USD paid directly into a US bank accountSigning loan, so you can start working with a Mac computerUp to 3 weeks of Paid Time Off
